Him and Valerii came in on a Friday morning and was done with the entire job in about 2 hours. It required running some wires and installing conduits and all of that was done very cleanly.
His quote was also the best I got from a few licensed electricians I called up.

Best part of the entire experience was how responsive and responsible Vlad is.
He was prompt at coming by to check out how the installation would have to be done, gave me a very reasonable quote, send me documents I needed to fill for permits with LADWP,  and set up the LADWP inspection after checking in with me about what times work for me. He was also very good at explaining how much power my charger could pull and the reasoning behind it, etc. Sounded like a very knowledgeable person overall.

He came out to diagnose an issue with flickering and power fluctuations throughout the whole house, and not only was he able to nail the diagnosis, he was even able to teach me the exact reason behind how he came to that conclusion. I could tell he really enjoys his work, is extremely knowledgeable, and gets excited by tricky problems.

My problems were caused by two things, one of which he was able to handle in just a few minutes and a very fair price, and the other I was able to get into contact with the utility to repair a transformer. I have had zero problems since.
